We have put together a few delicious hamper options for breakfast, a picnic lunch & deluxe dinners to make things easier and provide a culinary highlight to your Pemberton experience. All hampers are generously portioned for a minimum of 2 adults and are prepared fresh to order by highly regarded resident chef and co-owner, Sophie Zalokar. As Sophie sources local fresh seasonal ingredients from the Southern Forests region, including produce from her heritage vegetable & herb garden to order, all hamper orders must be placed 48 hours prior to delivery. Sophie has created a small-batch range of handmade traditional preserves, meticulously crafted to maintain the flavour and texture of this beautiful fresh produce. Having trained with Maggie Beer and spent a country childhood in the Barossa Valley participating in the rituals of preserving, Sophie’s passion for authentic country cooking is captured through this range of very special preserves.
