Boutique Preserves
Spending a childhood in the Barossa Valley in South Australia surrounded by orchards and vineyards, Sophie’s love of preserving started early whilst helping with bottling fruit & stirring the jam kettle. With an orchard of her own and an abundant choice of fruit provided by nearby growers, Sophie continues her love of preserving with a range of sweet and savoury specialty preserves, capturing the essence of the season.
